Rosy is a young stylist with an interest in Faewish Sprites. Her goal is to blend in with them so that might be able to observe them in detail. Although most of the people of Florawish think highly of the Faewish Sprites, Rosy is far more suspicious and unwilling to overlook their past mistakes. In this same vein, Rosy once applied formally for a Pass Permit, claiming that she was "a human stylist who loves Faewish Sprites." However, she was denied due to her attempts to "infiltrate" Faewish Sprite society, and is still considered to be untrustworthy by the Wish Pass Office officials.
