Flowing Jade: Idle Dreams

Description

The midday lamp filters through light gauze, and shadows slant across the painted pavilion and beaded curtains. The Bibcoon lies asleep on a warm fur rug as she tosses aside her book, surrendering to sleep. In a hazy dream, she hears the wind rustling through bamboo, insects chirping in the evening chill. Unsure whether a butterfly has entered her dream, time flows with the clouds and rosy glow.
