Mourning Drift: First Light

Description

As the sun slipped behind the hills, a mother and daughter lay resting beneath the glowing clouds. In their dreams, the rain lifted from the little garden. A butterfly drifted down to rest upon a leaf, never again to face harsh winds, illness, or farewell.
