Plumed Dawnlight

Description

Birds coming home swept over the block, dropping a few hazy, pale-pink feathers. She adorned the bird with them and lifted her head toward the soft glow on the horizon, as if seeing it face the wind, soar free across the sky, and leave a golden silhouette behind.
